Towels<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Fresh bed linen and towels are provided every 2 days.<\/p>\n<p>Additional charges may apply in case of excessive use.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\ud83d\udeab Visitors<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Only registered guests are allowed within the property.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\ud83d\udd07 Quiet Hours<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Please respect the quiet hours:<\/p>\n<p><span>15:00\u201317:00 &amp; 23:00\u201308:00<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><strong>\ud83c\udf89 Parties<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Parties are not permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Interni Luxury Living is designed to offer a calm and refined stay.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_2 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_animated et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3>Confirmation of reservation<\/h3>\n<p>The booking confirmation is valid once the deposit has been paid, i.e. 25% of the total cost of the stay.<\/p>\n<p>Confirmation of availability by INTERNI LUXURY LIVING for a specific date does not imply that a reservation has been made.<\/p>\n<p>In order to be considered valid and final, any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay.<\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Any deposit fees shall be borne by the depositor.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_3 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_animated et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3>Refund<\/h3>\n<p>In case of cancellation of personal reservations, refunds are only made in the following cases:<\/p>\n<p><strong>0% Cancellation fees:<\/strong><br \/>Full refund of the deposit when the cancellation notification is made to INTERNI LUXURY LIVING up to 30 days prior to arrival.<\/p>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% of the deposit is refunded.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation notifications are sent via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>50% Cancellation fees:<\/strong><br \/>There is a charge of 50% of the deposit when the cancellation is notified to INTERNI LUXURY LIVING between 21 and 30 days prior to the arrival date.<\/p>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50% of the deposit is refundable.<\/li>\n<li>Cancellation notifications are sent via email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>100% Cancellation fees:<\/strong> <br \/>There is a charge of 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is notified to INTERNI LUXURY LIVING up to 20 days before the arrival date.<\/p>\n<p>Note:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No refunds will be given on advance payments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_4 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_animated et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h3>Payment of total amount<\/h3>\n<p>Payment for your reservation is made at INTERNI LUXURY LIVING upon your arrival at the apartments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-459","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Terms of Reservation &amp;
