Interni Luxury Living is designed to offer a calm and refined stay.

Confirmation of reservation

The booking confirmation is valid once the deposit has been paid, i.e. 25% of the total cost of the stay.

Confirmation of availability by INTERNI LUXURY LIVING for a specific date does not imply that a reservation has been made.

In order to be considered valid and final, any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay.

Note: Any deposit fees shall be borne by the depositor.

Refund

In case of cancellation of personal reservations, refunds are only made in the following cases:

0% Cancellation fees:
Full refund of the deposit when the cancellation notification is made to INTERNI LUXURY LIVING up to 30 days prior to arrival.

Note:

• 100% of the deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation notifications are sent via email.

50% Cancellation fees:
There is a charge of 50% of the deposit when the cancellation is notified to INTERNI LUXURY LIVING between 21 and 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Note:

• 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• Cancellation notifications are sent via email.

100% Cancellation fees:
There is a charge of 100% of the deposit when the cancellation is notified to INTERNI LUXURY LIVING up to 20 days before the arrival date.

Note:

• No refunds will be given on advance payments.

Payment of total amount

Payment for your reservation is made at INTERNI LUXURY LIVING upon your arrival at the apartments.
